Congregational Reading Plan for the Remainder of April (April 13th – April 30th):
Reading
The Book Of
Romans
Paul was the author of the Book of Romans. This writing is known as a ‘Masterpiece’ because it spells out the ABC’s of our faith and salvation in a clear and logical manner. This is a natural time to read the Book of Romans as we have just celebrated the death, burial and resurrection of Christ upon which our salvation stands. The Book of Romans is broken down into several overall categories based upon the chapters/verses as follows:
A. Salutation Romans 1:1-17
B. Sin Romans 1:18-3:20
C. Salvation Romans 3:21-5:21
D. Sanctification Romans 6-8
E. Sovereignty Romans 9-11
F. Service Romans 12-16

- What is one fact you learned from today’s reading?
- What about this particular passage stood out or resounded with you? Why?
- What could God be saying to you through this portion of the text?
- What can you apply to your life as a result of reading this text? How can you apply it?
